The Spraying Systems WashJet® 5° MEG Nozzle fills the gap between the 0° tip and the 15° tip.
This 5° spray angle creates a tightly concentrated stream with just enough spread to push heavy debris (like dried clay, concrete splatter, or chewing gum) out of the way as it cuts.
Most wet sandblasting kits (injection heads) require a nozzle that creates high-velocity suction without cutting into the side of the mixing head. The 5° angle is the industry preference for these kits, offering better venturi performance than a 15° tip and less wear-and-tear than a 0° tip.
Because this nozzle is designed for maximum impact, selecting the correct orifice size is critical.
