The BE Power Equipment 15° MEG Nozzle is engineered for tasks that require concentrated "chiseling" force. Unlike standard fittings that deform or wash out under load, these are machined from Hardened 400-Series Stainless Steel.
The 15° spray angle creates a narrow, high-impact fan that acts like a liquid scraper. It is the professional's choice for stripping paint, removing heavy grease from concrete, and knocking dried mud off heavy equipment. This is also a high-impact upgrade for Whisper Wash and BE Whirl-A-Way surface cleaners (requires 1/4" threads).
Standard stainless tips eventually "wash out" under high-velocity flow, losing their sharp edge. Hardened Stainless Steel is engineered to withstand the dual threat of high-pressure erosion and chemical corrosion from softwash mixes (SH). This ensures your fan pattern remains tight and consistent long after standard nozzles have failed.
Selecting the wrong orifice size is the #1 cause of decreased performance.
Use the Smart Calculator below to find your exact match.
Enter your machine's specs to generate the recommended orifice size.
Disclaimer: This calculator is a guide only. Always verify your equipment's specific requirements before installing high-pressure components.
Note: When calculating for Surface Cleaners, we round DOWN to maintain rotation speed.
| Thread Type | 1/4" NPT Male |
| Material | Hardened Stainless Steel (400 Series) |
| Max Pressure | 5,000 PSI |

Note: MEG nozzles are unpainted stainless steel. The list below references the matching Quick Connect industry standard colors.
Professional 15° Use Cases:
This product line is compatible with the RINSE slots of standard Softwash J-Rods.
| Your Machine | Standard Rinse Tip (High Pressure) |
Standard Soap Tip (Low Pressure) |
|---|---|---|
| 2 - 3 GPM | Size # 10.0 | Size # 30.0 |
| 3.5 - 4.5 GPM | Size # 10.0 | Size # 40.0 |
| 5 - 6.5 GPM | Size # 15.0 | Size # 40.0 |
| 7 - 8.5 GPM | Size # 20.0 | Size # 60.0 |
Note: Installing a #30 - #60 nozzle on a standard machine will drop pressure drastically, automatically engaging your downstream chemical injector.
