The Chemical Activator

The Black Soap Nozzle is the "key" that unlocks your downstream injection system. It features an extra-large orifice that drops your system's pressure, creating the vacuum needed to draw detergent through your chemical injector.

💡 How It Works (The Physics)

Your chemical injector only opens when line pressure drops below ~250 PSI. This nozzle is engineered with a massive opening to force that pressure drop, automatically engaging soap suction without you walking back to the machine.

Key Features:

  • Low Pressure: Designed specifically to lower PSI and activate soap draw.
  • Wide Application: 65° fan pattern spreads thick foam or soap quickly over large areas.
  • Universal Fit: 1/4" Quick Connect plug fits standard wands (Dual-Lances and Single Lances).
  • Corrosion Resistant: Brass or Stainless construction resists damage from harsh bleach and detergents.

Sizing Note: One Size Fits Most

Unlike high-pressure tips which must be sized exactly to your pump (e.g., #04.0), soap tips use a "Universal Large" orifice (typically #40.0 or larger). This ensures they drop the pressure enough to work on almost any machine from 2 GPM to 8 GPM.

  • Spray Angle: 65° (Wide Soap Fan)
  • Function: Low Pressure / Chemical Application
  • Connection: 1/4" Quick Connect
  • Orifice Size: #40.0+ (Universal Low Pressure)
  • Material: Brass body (Chemical Resistant)
  • Color Code: Black (International Standard)

Professional Use Cases (Soft Wash & Chem Prep):

  • Downstream Injection: The standard tip for applying house wash mix (bleach/soap) to siding before pressure rinsing.
  • Vehicle Pre-Soak: Applying traffic film remover (TFR) or foaming degreaser to trucks and heavy equipment.
  • Soft Washing: Ideally suited for applying chemicals to delicate roofs or awnings where high pressure would cause damage.
  • Sanitization: Dispersing disinfectants over large surface areas in agricultural or commercial settings.
